Our goal is to despatch your online order within 7-14 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.

• Free delivery for orders AUD$150.00 and over

You will receive your order in approximately 7-14 working days. We do not deliver outside of Australia. All orders are delivered via registered Australian Air Express therefore we recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. Standard delivery time is between 7-14 working days for orders within Australia. Sorry No C.O.D's.

If your personal details have changed (e.g. postal address or email address etc.), you can update your details anytime by logging in to your account and changing the details under 'Profile' in 'My Account'.

The item I ordered last week just went on sale!

Occasionally we adjust the pricing on items. Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you've purchased it.

Why can’t I add items to my shopping cart?
Your web browser probably has "cookies" disabled. What's a cookie? It’s a small file stored on your computer that keeps track of what you're doing on our web site, i.e. what items you have bought before and what you have in your shopping bag. Modify your cookie settings in your web browser to enable online orders.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

We do not currently sell Gift Certificates online, but they will be available soon. Keep an eye out!

In the meantime you can purchase Gift Certificates from any Industrie store nationally.

How can I check my order status?

When you make a purchase on industrie.com.au, you'll receive two confirmation emails:

1. an order number email to confirm that your order has been paid for and that it's currently being processed.

2. a status update email to confirm that your order has been sent.

You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account and looking under ' Orders' in 'My Account'.

Does Industrie Clothing have retail stores?
Industrie has stores nationally in Australia. We are also exclusively available at David Jones department stores nationally. Please refer to our Store Locations.

What currency are the prices in?

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card only. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods are available. If you don't have a credit card, remember that any Debit Card or ATM card with the Visa or MasterCard logo is also valid.

What is your return policy?

Returns / Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the unworn merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of goods. Returned merchandise should be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Please note Industrie Clothing retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online.

Exchanges

Industrie Clothing does not provide exchanges. We are more than happy to refund your purchase and accept returned merchandise, based on conditions mentioned above under 'Return / Refunds'.

Is it safe to order online?
Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Industrie Clothing. We want you to be able to order from industrie.com.au with total confidence. Our eCommerce system uses a secure transaction environment. We use the latest Secure Sockets Technology (SSL) available to ensure your information is safe and secure at all times. SSL is an industry standard which is used by all the major eCommerce sites on the Internet. It works by encrypting your information which you enter in on our webpages which prevents the information being intercepted by an unauthorised party. Furthermore for all online Credit Card Transactions we use the Commonwealth Bank CommWeb Payment Gateway, a fully automated process where all data is transmitted directly between your machine and Commonwealth Bank. Therefore we do not store any payment details in our database.

How do sizes work?

Our clothes are cut for a youthful shape. Most of our garments are a regular fit to flatter almost any body type. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger. Please refer to our Size Charts (under 'Sizes') for more detail.

Are the colours of the garment photos accurate?
Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.
