CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Customs and Import duty may apply to orders for delivery outside of Australia and are levied by the destination country. The customer as the recipient of any order shipped outside of Australia will be liable for all import duties, customers and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

If the order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duty charges and the cost of returning the package. Calculate your international delivery times with Australia Post.

 

Online Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you have a change of mind or someone has purchased something you are unsure of, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and all tags attached.
  • A copy of the invoice and a Returns Form is included.
  • Returns for refund are posted to Industrie's Warehouse and exchanges are taken to a Industrie Retail store within Australia.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of INDUSTRIE.

We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. INDUSTRIE is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Merchandise received by us after the specified return period will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.

Please allow 10 working days from the day your order has been marked as delivered to receive a Refund. Your refund will be processed in the same manner as your payment method at the time of purchase. An email notification will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Australia online returns - 14 DAYS

FREE AU returns available until Sunday 10 October 2021.

Before you start:

  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, in original condition with the tags attached and provided with your online purchase receipt.
  • All online orders can be returned for a refund only. If you wish to exchange a product you may visit your closest Industrie Retail Store (excluding Myer).
  • Online cannot exchange products and Industrie Retail Stores cannot refund online orders.
  • Here’s the deal for FREE Returns:

    Step 1: Print off the Returns Form Download Returns Form and add to your gear when you package it up.

    Step 2: Login to our Returns Portal via Australia Post (https://return.auspost.com.au/industrie). Enter your order info and select the product you’re returning.Please note: this link cannot be accessed with Safari.

    Step 3: Print your label and drop it off at any of 20,000 drop off locations. No printer, no worries. Show a digital copy of your label at the Post Office or retail partner and they can print it for you.

    Step 4: We will receive your return and check all products meet our return conditions.

    Step 5: We will process your refund within 5 business days or received. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to clear.

    For Online purchases delivered Internationally we will gladly accept the return of your order within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise must be unworn, in original condition with the tags attached and provided with your online purchase receipt.

    Please download and complete our online returns form to ensure we can process your request as quickly as possible. This form should be included with your return.

    Instore purchase returns & exchanges

    We accept “change of mind” returns on all items purchased in store, for any reason within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or credit for all purchases made instore & online.

    All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the swing tags attached, provided with proof of purchase.

    We do not offer a refund (cash or credit) for change of mind on Instore purchases.

    The return or exchange of any Industrie, Indie Kids or Roler items purchased in Myer is governed by the returns policies of that department store and can only be made in Myer. We do not accept the return or exchange of Industrie merchandise made in Myer at Industrie stores.

    Consumer Guarantees

    Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any repair (if you choose to keep it).

    If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

    Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

    Merchandise marked as a seconds or sample product must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees.

    Our customer service team are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in person in-store to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed below.

    Online cancellations & order amendments

    We are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

    • Change of delivery address
    • Changes to colours and sizes
    • Adding or removing items
    • Applying discounts
    • Full order cancellations

    Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

    Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items

    When returning a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, INDUSTRIE will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s.
