Merchandise Planner – Industrie Clothing

We're seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner to join our dynamic Head Office team and play a key role in driving sales and profit growth across our brand.

About the Role
As a Merchandise Planner, you'll work closely with the Head of Merchandise to ensure the right stock is in the right stores at the right time. Your insights and expertise will drive data-led decisions, improve performance, and help shape the future success of our business.
You’ll oversee financial reporting, buyfile management, and planning for our Industrie Kids range, ensuring that every product meets our customers' expectations while delivering on sales and profit targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Insights
- Deliver accurate and timely end-of-week, end-of-month, and end-of-season reports.
- Provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Compile comprehensive end-of-season reports with image libraries for future reference.
Buyfile Management & Spend Tracking
- Maintain and update the buyfile daily and weekly.
- Provide weekly spend updates and manage size breaks to optimise sell-through and minimise markdowns.
Planning for Industrie Kids
- Prepare accurate and timely reporting for Kidswear, including sales and margin performance.
- Work alongside the General Manager for Kidswear on ranging, allocations, and consolidations.
Health & Safety
- Maintain a safe and harmonious planning environment by adhering to safety standards and reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 2-3 years of merchandise planning experience in fashion retail.
- Strong local and international knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Advanced Excel skills with a proven ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Education
- Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
