INDUSTRIE Gift Cards – Terms & Conditions

INDUSTRIE gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at any freestanding Industrie store and online. Please note that they are not valid for use at Myer concession stores.

You may use your gift card to purchase any merchandise up to its value. If your total exceeds the card’s balance, the difference must be paid using an alternative payment method. Gift cards are partially redeemable, and any remaining balance will be transferred to a credit voucher.

Each gift card includes a secure PIN located beneath a silver scratch panel, which is required for redemption. A PIN will also be sent via email for any online gift card purchases.

Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. They must be redeemed before the expiry date printed on the card; once expired, the card becomes void and non-redeemable.

Please treat your gift card like cash—lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or refunded.

Gift Cards Purchased BEFORE August 2025

Physical gift cards issued before August 2025 do not contain a PIN and are only redeemable in-store.
Digital (e-gift/email) gift cards issued before August 2025 do not contain a PIN and are only redeemable online.
