Digital Entry
Complete and submit the official Win a Trip to LA competition form via the designated INDUSTRIE competition landing page or pop up, including a valid email address and any other information requested on the form.
Retail Entry
Visit a participating standalone Australian INDUSTRIE store, including participating DFO stores, scan the competition QR code displayed on in-store easels, POS materials or other approved signage and complete the linked competition entry form.
No purchase is required to enter through a participating store.
Myer store concessions are excluded.
Social Entry
Entrants may receive a valid Social Entry by completing the entry action or actions expressly specified on an official INDUSTRIE Win a Trip to LA competition post published by @industrieclothing during the Competition Period.
The number of entries available and the actions required will be identified in the relevant competition post.
Each valid entry must be capable of reasonable verification by the Promoter.
Entries using false accounts, automated systems, bots, fabricated activity or other methods designed to unfairly manipulate the Competition may be disqualified.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of a completed entry action where that action cannot otherwise be verified.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or unverifiable entries in accordance with the published entry requirements.
Any entry limits will apply consistently to all entrants participating through the same entry method.
For entries originating solely from Instagram, the entrant must keep their account reasonably accessible for verification and contact. If provisionally selected, the entrant may be contacted by direct message from @industrieclothing and requested to provide an email address and reasonable eligibility information through a secure channel. The Promoter will not request payment, passwords or payment-card details to claim the Prize.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding entry validity will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
Automatic Subscriber Entry
Existing INDUSTRIE email marketing subscribers who are actively subscribed at the commencement of the Competition on 27 October 2026, and who have opened or clicked an INDUSTRIE marketing email between 27 April 2026 and 26 October 2026 inclusive, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Competition, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements.
A maximum of one (1) automatic subscriber entry will be allocated per eligible individual, regardless of the number of email addresses, subscriptions or customer records held.
No additional registration, purchase or action is required to receive the automatic entry.
Automatic entries will be allocated and verified using the Promoter’s existing subscriber records and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the INDUSTRIE Privacy Policy.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from INDUSTRIE marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing after a valid Automatic Subscriber Entry is allocated does not invalidate that entry, unless the entrant separately requests withdrawal from the Competition. No further marketing messages will be sent to unsubscribed individuals. If an unsubscribed entrant is provisionally selected, INDUSTRIE may send a strictly administrative prize notification without marketing content only where permitted by law, and will not resubscribe the person for this purpose.
Eligible subscribers may obtain additional entries through other approved Competition entry methods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
For Digital and Retail Entries, each completed approved form constitutes an entry only as permitted by the published entry mechanics. The Promoter will apply disclosed entry limits consistently, prevent duplicate or fraudulent automated submissions, and retain sufficient records to verify entry validity.
In-Store Purchase Entry
For each separate genuine completed purchase transaction made during the Competition Period at a participating standalone Australian INDUSTRIE store, including DFO stores, an eligible customer will receive one (1) additional entry if they are actively subscribed to INDUSTRIE marketing communications and the transaction is correctly associated with their subscriber email address. Myer stores and concessions are excluded.
At the point of sale, customers must tell the team member their email address and check it has been accurately recorded and linked to the transaction. One entry is awarded per qualifying transaction, regardless of the number of products purchased or purchase value. Separate legitimate transactions can each earn an entry; splitting or manipulating transactions to obtain unfair entries may result in disqualification.
Online Purchase Entry
For each separate genuine completed purchase transaction made during the Competition Period through the official INDUSTRIE Australian online store, an eligible customer will receive one (1) additional entry if they are actively subscribed to INDUSTRIE marketing communications, have given the relevant marketing consent, and their order email address is correctly linked to the subscriber/customer record. One entry is awarded per qualifying order, regardless of number of products or order value.
TRANSACTION REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND ENTRY VALIDATION
An order cancelled, identified as fraudulent, or fully refunded before the draw is ineligible for a purchase entry. Any purchase entry allocated to such a transaction will be voided before the draw. A partial refund does not automatically void a purchase entry where a genuine completed purchase remains. Refunds processed after the draw do not retrospectively invalidate a validly awarded Prize, except in cases of fraud or where permitted by law.
The Promoter may reasonably check POS, payment, Shopify, transaction and customer records to verify purchase entries, identify reversals, and remove duplicate or fraudulent entries. A purchase entry is additional to, and does not replace, an eligible entry through any other entry method.
MISSING PURCHASE ENTRIES AND RECEIPT REVIEW
A customer who believes an eligible store or online purchase was not properly linked to the Competition may email the INDUSTRIE Customer Experience Team at contactus@industrie.com.au and provide a clear photograph or copy of the receipt or order confirmation, the transaction date or order number, and the email address linked to their INDUSTRIE marketing subscription.
Requests should be received by 11:59pm AEDT on 17 December 2026, the Competition closing time. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to review any timely request and manually add a missing entry where eligibility and the purchase can be verified; no second entry will be added for a transaction already counted. Any correction that cannot reasonably be completed before the draw will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and permit requirements.
ENTRY CONDITIONS
-
Each entry must comply with the relevant Entry Method.
-
A person may enter through more than one available Entry Method. Every genuine eligible in-store or online transaction earns one additional purchase entry, with no maximum number of genuine qualifying purchase transactions per eligible customer.
-
All valid entries will be combined into the eligible entry pool for the random draw.
-
Each valid entry included in the draw will have an equal chance of winning.
-
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition using the Digital, Retail QR, Social or Automatic Subscriber methods. Purchase entries are optional additional entry opportunities.
-
Entrants must provide accurate and current information.
-
Entries generated using scripts, bots, automated entry mechanisms, fake accounts or other methods designed to unfairly manipulate the Competition will be invalid.

Accommodation will be selected and booked by the Promoter, subject to availability.

The store visit must take place midweek and will be coordinated in advance with the Century City store and the Promoter.
Uber Voucher
An Uber voucher or Uber credit to the value of AUD $500.
Total Prize Value
The total Prize is valued at approximately:
AUD $8,240
The final value of the Prize may vary according to exchange rates, travel dates, airfare prices, accommodation rates and other supplier costs.
No compensation will be payable if the actual Prize value is lower than the advertised maximum Prize value.
TRAVEL REDEMPTION PERIOD
The Prize is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit, except where these Terms expressly provide for unused wardrobe credit or where required by law. The winner cannot require a change to the published Travel Redemption Period.
Travel dates are determined in consultation with the winner and remain subject to the Promoter’s confirmation and supplier availability. After the itinerary has been booked and confirmed, neither the winner nor the guest is entitled to change flight dates, accommodation dates, routing or guest details. Any exceptional change requires the Promoter’s prior written agreement, supplier approval and payment by the requesting person of all associated charges; the Promoter is not obliged to approve a requested change, except where required by law.
Travel must take place between:
-
1 February 2027 and 31 July 2027
-
Travel is subject to flight and accommodation availability.
-
The winner must provide reasonable notice of their preferred travel dates and work with the Promoter to agree an itinerary within the Travel Redemption Period.
-
The winner does not have an automatic entitlement to travel on any particular dates.
-
The Promoter may require alternative travel dates where:
-
Qantas flights are unavailable;
-
accommodation is unavailable;
-
requested airfares exceed the maximum airfare allowance;
-
the requested dates coincide with major events, unusually high travel demand or
-
blackout periods; or
-
travel on the requested dates is otherwise impractical.
-
The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
-
The winner is responsible for ensuring their nominated guest complies with these Terms and Conditions. Once travel bookings have been confirmed, the nominated guest may not be changed except with the Promoter’s prior written approval and subject to any supplier fees or restrictions.
-
The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring they are available, medically fit and legally permitted to travel within the stated Travel Redemption Period of 1 February 2027 to 31 July 2027.
-
If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept or undertake the Prize within the Travel Redemption Period due to illness, injury, personal circumstances, employment commitments, family emergencies or other reasons personal to them, the Promoter is not required to provide cash, credit, compensation or alternative travel dates, except as required by law.
-
Where the Prize has not yet been booked, the Promoter may award the Prize to an eligible replacement winner in accordance with the approved redraw procedure.
-
Once travel arrangements have been confirmed, changes or cancellations requested by the winner or guest will be subject to applicable airline, hotel and other supplier conditions.
-
Any additional or non-refundable costs arising from voluntary changes or cancellations attributable to the winner or guest will be their responsibility, except as required by law.
-
The Promoter may consider reasonable alternative arrangements at its discretion, but is under no obligation to provide arrangements outside the Travel Redemption Period unless legally required. The Promoter may then award the Prize to a replacement winner in accordance with the redraw procedure and any applicable regulatory requirements.
-
If the winner or guest cancels confirmed travel for reasons attributable to them, the Promoter is not required to rebook the affected Prize component or provide its value in cash or credit, subject to applicable law.
FLIGHT CONDITIONS
The Prize includes return Qantas economy flights for the winner and one guest up to a combined maximum value of AUD $5,000.
Where reasonably required, the AUD $5,000 allowance may include Australian interstate connecting flights required to access the international departure point.
The Promoter will determine the applicable itinerary in consultation with the winner.
Flights are subject to Qantas availability and applicable booking conditions.
If the winner requests flights, dates, fare classes, extra baggage, routes or upgrades which exceed the AUD $5,000 allowance, the additional cost will be payable by the winner unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
Any unused portion of the AUD $5,000 flight allowance:
-
will be forfeited;
-
will not be provided to the winner as cash;
-
will not be converted to store credit; and
-
cannot be transferred to another Prize component.
Frequent flyer points, status credits or other loyalty benefits do not form part of the advertised Prize.
Once flights have been booked, any voluntary changes requested by the winner or guest, including name changes, date changes or itinerary changes, and any associated airline or supplier fees, will be at the winner’s expense unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
AIRPORT AND ONBOARD AIRCRAFT CONDUCT
The winner and guest are solely responsible for complying with criminal laws in Australia, the United States and any transit country. Unlawful conduct, including possession, purchase, supply, trafficking or use of prohibited drugs, theft, assault, harassment, vandalism or other criminal acts, may result in arrest, prosecution, refusal of boarding, removal from transport or accommodation, deportation or other consequences. INDUSTRIE does not authorise or condone unlawful activity and is not responsible for fines, legal fees, bail, penalties, detention, repatriation, replacement travel or related costs caused by such conduct, to the extent permitted by law.
The winner and guest must arrive at the airport in adequate time, comply with check-in, security, immigration and boarding deadlines and travel with valid documents. If they miss a flight or connection because of lateness, oversleeping, incorrect documents, voluntary itinerary changes or other circumstances within their control, INDUSTRIE is not required to arrange or pay for replacement travel, accommodation, meals or transfers, or reimburse any forfeited Prize component, except where required by law. Delays and missed connections caused by airlines or matters beyond the traveller’s control remain subject to the applicable supplier terms and legal rights.
Where a winner or guest is denied boarding, offloaded, removed or otherwise refused service because of their own misconduct, breach of rules or unlawful drug use, their affected Prize component may be forfeited and they must cover associated costs. This does not limit legal rights where the supplier or Promoter is responsible.
The winner and their guest must behave responsibly and comply with all applicable airport and airline rules, airport security and border control requirements, and all lawful directions given by airline personnel, airport authorities, security personnel and the aircraft captain or crew, including during check-in, security screening, boarding, flight and disembarkation.
Unacceptable conduct includes, without limitation, intoxication, aggressive, abusive, threatening, violent or disruptive behaviour; harassment; refusal to follow safety or security instructions; unlawful conduct; and carrying prohibited items.
If the winner or guest is refused check-in or boarding, is offloaded or removed from an aircraft, is detained, or is refused further carriage because of their own conduct or failure to comply with the above requirements, the Promoter will not be responsible for the resulting missed flights, lost Prize components, delays, or additional costs, to the extent permitted by law.
The person responsible must meet any resulting charges and costs, including airline penalties, replacement flights, additional accommodation, meals, transfers, and any other expenses. The Promoter is not obliged to arrange or fund replacement travel, extend accommodation or provide cash or other compensation for Prize components lost due to that conduct, except where required by law.
Where the winner’s or guest’s conduct results in a cost being charged to the Promoter, the Promoter may seek reimbursement of reasonable, documented costs directly caused by that conduct, to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not apply where refusal or removal is attributable to an airline’s error, discrimination or other circumstances not caused by the winner or guest.
FORCE MAJEURE AND TRAVEL DISRUPTION
The Promoter will not be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for delays, cancellations, interruptions or inability to provide the Prize arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include extreme weather, natural disasters, airline strikes, airport closures, industrial action, government restrictions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, war, terrorism, transport disruptions, supplier insolvency or other unforeseen events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Where flights, accommodation or another Prize component becomes unavailable due to such circumstances, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, arrange a reasonable alternative, reschedule an affected component or substitute a Prize component with one of equal or greater value.
The Promoter does not guarantee replacement travel on the winner’s preferred dates.
The Promoter will not be responsible for additional personal expenditure, lost earnings, missed events, additional accommodation, meals, transport or other consequential costs caused by travel disruption, except to the extent such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any cancellation, refund, rebooking or compensation rights available under applicable law or supplier conditions will be preserved.
If the Prize cannot reasonably be delivered, the Promoter will deal with the affected Prize in accordance with applicable consumer law, competition laws and permit requirements.
ESTA, PASSPORT AND UNITED STATES ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The winner and their nominated guest must apply for, obtain and maintain an approved ESTA or other appropriate United States visa or entry authorisation required for their nationality and circumstances, and must supply evidence of that approval to the Promoter before travel bookings are confirmed. Application, approval and admission decisions are made by the relevant United States authorities, not INDUSTRIE. An ESTA does not guarantee admission at the US border.
If the winner is refused an ESTA or required visa, cannot obtain approval by the reasonable deadline advised by the Promoter, or is refused entry because they have not met applicable entry requirements, their entitlement to the Prize will be forfeited, without cash payment or alternative prize, subject to applicable law and required permit procedures. Any replacement winner will be determined under the approved redraw process. If only the guest is unable to obtain approval, the Promoter may permit an eligible substitute guest before bookings are finalised, subject to supplier requirements.
Any application fees other than the ESTA reimbursement expressly stated in these Terms, together with related travel and documentation costs, are the winner’s and guest’s responsibility. The Promoter is not responsible for any refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of travel authorisation or admission by United States authorities, except as required by law.
The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they are legally able to travel to and enter the United States.
Before flights are booked, the winner and guest must each:
-
hold a valid passport suitable for the proposed travel;
-
hold a valid ESTA or other visa/travel authority required to enter the United States; and
-
provide reasonable evidence of the required travel authority to the Promoter.
Where an ESTA is required, the ESTA application fee may be reimbursed by the Promoter upon presentation of a valid receipt, up to a maximum of USD $40 per person.
The Promoter does not guarantee that an ESTA, visa or other travel authority will be approved.
Approval of an ESTA, visa or admission into the United States is entirely at the discretion of the relevant United States authorities.
If the winner is unable to obtain or present a valid ESTA or other required travel authorisation within the timeframe reasonably specified by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the Prize.
The Prize may then be awarded to the next eligible winner selected in accordance with the redraw procedure and applicable law.
If the winner is eligible to travel but the nominated guest is not, the Promoter may permit the winner to nominate a replacement guest within a timeframe specified by the Promoter.
The winner and guest are responsible for complying with all United States entry, immigration, customs, health and border requirements applicable at the time of travel.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided only for the winner and the one eligible guest nominated and accepted by the Promoter. No other person is included in the Prize or authorised to stay in, occupy or use the booked room under the Prize without the accommodation provider’s prior approval. The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any required permission for visitors and for all resulting costs. INDUSTRIE will not pay any charges, damage, fines, additional occupancy fees or claims arising from unregistered or unauthorised visitors, to the extent permitted by law.
The Prize covers only the three nights of accommodation expressly booked and paid for by the Promoter at the selected hotel. It does not cover room service, restaurant or bar bills, minibar purchases, alcohol, snacks, room charges charged to the room, pay-per-view or entertainment, telephone, laundry, spa, parking, extra beds, additional occupants, security deposits, additional nights, resort fees not included in the booked rate or any other hotel incidental or personal charge. The winner and guest must pay these charges directly to the hotel, including where the hotel requires a credit card on arrival.
The winner and guest are responsible for damage, theft, loss of hotel property, smoking or vaping penalties, excessive cleaning, disturbances and other reasonable charges arising from their acts or omissions, including those of any visitor they invite. Where the Promoter is charged reasonable, evidenced costs caused by their conduct, it may seek reimbursement from the responsible person to the extent permitted by law.
The Prize includes three consecutive nights’ twin-share accommodation in Los Angeles with a maximum advertised value of AUD $1,300.
The accommodation provider and room category will be selected by the Promoter. Accommodation is subject to availability.
The winner and guest may be required to provide a valid credit card at hotel check-in to cover incidental expenses, security deposits and any additional charges imposed by the accommodation provider.
The winner and guest are responsible for all personal expenses and additional charges attributable to them, including minibar purchases, room service, additional nights, room upgrades, laundry, resort fees not included in the booking, and other incidental expenses.
The winner and guest will also be responsible for any damage to hotel property, furnishings or facilities caused by them, together with additional cleaning charges, smoking penalties and other reasonable charges arising from their conduct.
Any such charges must be resolved directly with the accommodation provider.
Before travel, the Promoter will communicate the accommodation booking inclusions, whether a physical credit card or refundable security deposit is required at check-in, and which room fees and taxes are included, based on information supplied by the accommodation provider.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for charges, damage, losses or penalties caused by the winner or guest.
Where the Promoter incurs reasonable costs as a direct result of damage or misconduct caused by the winner or guest, the Promoter reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the responsible person, to the extent permitted by law.
MISCONDUCT, REMOVAL AND SUPPLIER COMPLIANCE
The winner and their guest must comply with all applicable laws, safety instructions and the terms and conditions of airlines, accommodation providers, transport operators and other suppliers.
If the winner or guest is denied boarding, removed from a flight, refused accommodation, evicted from a hotel or denied a service due to their misconduct, intoxication, threatening or abusive behaviour, failure to comply with supplier requirements, or breach of applicable laws, the Promoter will not be responsible for any resulting loss, expense or replacement arrangements, except to the extent required by law.
Any additional flights, accommodation, transport, penalties, cancellation charges or other costs arising from such conduct will be the responsibility of the individual concerned.
The Promoter will not be required to provide replacement Prize components, cash reimbursement or compensation where a Prize component is forfeited as a direct result of the winner’s or guest’s misconduct, except where required by law.
The winner and guest remain responsible for their conduct throughout the Prize experience.

The Promoter may publish multiple competition posts during the Competition Period.
Only posts expressly identified as forming part of the Win a Trip to LA Competition will generate Social Entries.
Existing INDUSTRIE email subscribers who meet the Automatic Subscriber Entry eligibility conditions automatically receive one entry; no additional action is required.
For an In-store Purchase Entry, one additional entry is available for each eligible completed transaction at a participating standalone Australian INDUSTRIE store, including DFO stores, where the subscriber’s correct email address is linked at checkout.
For an Online Purchase Entry, one additional entry is available for each eligible completed transaction through the official INDUSTRIE Australian online store, where the purchaser is an eligible marketing subscriber and the order is linked to their email address.
Purchase entries are subject to the refund/cancellation, transaction verification, technical-issue and missing-entry rules set out in the Entry Method section. No purchase is necessary to participate via the other approved free entry methods.
All entry channels feed into the same overall Competition and Prize draw.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
Each valid entry included in the draw has an equal chance of being selected.
INVALID ENTRIES, DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION
Any entry submitted outside the Competition Period will be invalid.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where the Promoter reasonably believes the entrant:
is not an Eligible Entrant;
-
has breached these Terms and Conditions;
-
has submitted false or misleading information;
-
has used bots, scripts or automated means to enter;
-
has created or used false social media accounts;
-
has attempted to manipulate the Competition; or
-
has otherwise interfered with the fair conduct of the Competition.
If the Competition is interfered with or is unable to be conducted as reasonably anticipated because of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or unauthorised intervention, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law and any regulatory approval required:
-
disqualify affected entries;
-
modify the Competition;
-
suspend the Competition;
-
postpone the Competition;
-
terminate the Competition; or
-
cancel the Competition.
DRAWING OF WINNER
The Prize will be awarded through a random draw from the combined pool of all valid eligible entries received through Digital Entry, Retail Entry, Social Entry, Automatic Subscriber Entry, In-store Purchase Entry and Online Purchase Entry.
Each valid entry included in the draw will have an equal chance of being selected.
Eligible entrants may participate through multiple approved entry methods, subject to the conditions and limits applicable to each method.
The draw will take place on Monday 21 December 2026 at 6:00pm AEDT at 228 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The first valid eligible entry selected will be the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility and completion of the Prize claim requirements.
The draw will be conducted and recorded in accordance with applicable trade promotion legislation and permit conditions.
The winner’s details, including name, suburb or social media username, may be published where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for announcing the verified winner, subject to privacy requirements.
In the event of an entrant identity dispute, the Promoter may reasonably assess the submitted entry details, registered email address, account ownership and other available identity evidence. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
The maximum advertised Prize value is approximately AUD $8,240 and is based on the retail value of the Prize components at the time the Competition is prepared.
Actual costs may vary due to exchange rates, travel dates, supplier pricing and availability.
Where a Prize component becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute that component with an alternative of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
No cash alternative will be offered except where required by law. Any unused Prize allowances will be treated in accordance with the specific conditions applying to the relevant Prize component.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The provisional winner will be notified by email or, for an Instagram-only entry without an email address, official @industrieclothing direct message within seven (7) days after the draw. The provisional winner must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) calendar days after the notification is sent, or a longer period required by applicable law or permit conditions. Unsuccessful entrants will not be individually notified. The confirmed winner may be published following eligibility verification and in accordance with applicable permit conditions.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner must complete the Claim Procedure.
The Prize must be taken as offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to request evidence of:
-
identity;
-
age;
-
residency;
-
eligibility;
-
passport validity;
-
ESTA or visa approval; and
-
any other information reasonably necessary to arrange the Prize.
If a provisional winner cannot provide reasonable evidence of eligibility or required travel documentation, the Promoter may disqualify that entrant and proceed with a redraw in accordance with applicable law.
REDRAWS / UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If the provisional winner does not claim the Prize within the applicable claim period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or cannot satisfy the required eligibility and travel conditions, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed Prize redraw in accordance with applicable legislation and competition permit requirements.
The unclaimed Prize redraw will take place on the date and at the time specified in the approved Competition Schedule.
A replacement provisional winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid eligible entries and will be notified by email within the timeframe required by applicable law.
The replacement provisional winner must satisfy all applicable eligibility, verification and Prize claim requirements.
Where a Prize remains unclaimed or cannot be awarded, it will be dealt with in accordance with relevant trade promotion legislation and any directions or approvals required from the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Promoter will not independently cancel, reallocate or retain an unclaimed Prize where doing so would breach applicable law or permit conditions.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Date: [TO BE CONFIRMED FOLLOWING PERMIT APPROVAL] Draw Time: [TO BE CONFIRMED] Location: 228 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000
PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to conduct the Competition, the Promoter will collect personal information from entrants.
The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the INDUSTRIE Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
Personal information may be disclosed to third parties where reasonably required to administer the Competition or deliver the Prize, including:
-
agencies;
-
contractors;
-
technology providers;
-
travel providers;
-
Qantas;
-
accommodation providers;
-
Uber or associated fulfilment providers;
-
retail and promotional service providers;
-
government or regulatory authorities where required by law; and
-
other suppliers involved in Prize fulfilment.
Where an entrant provides the necessary marketing consent through the competition entry form, the Promoter may use that entrant’s personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes.
Participation in the Competition does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications. Marketing consent must be obtained and recorded in accordance with applicable law, and the Promoter will not treat a prize-administration email as permission to resubscribe an entrant.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
An administrative communication solely about entry verification, provisional winner notification, Prize acceptance or Prize fulfilment will not contain offers, advertising or other marketing material. INDUSTRIE will not reinstate marketing consent in order to send such communications. Any contact will comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and applicable privacy law.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications after a valid competition entry has been allocated will not invalidate that entry, whether obtained through Digital, Retail, Social or Automatic Subscriber Entry, unless the entrant separately requests withdrawal from the Competition. Following an unsubscribe, INDUSTRIE will not send further marketing communications. Any necessary winner notification will be strictly administrative, sent only where permitted by law and without promotional content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PUBLICITY
By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the reasonable use of their name and social media handle for the purpose of administering and promoting the Competition and announcing the winner.
The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional photography, video or publicity relating to the Prize.
Any broader commercial usage will remain subject to any consent required by applicable law.
Entrants retain ownership of content they create unless otherwise expressly agreed.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
-
technical failures;
-
internet or platform outages;
-
lost or delayed entries;
-
airline cancellations or delays;
-
missed connections;
-
weather disruption;
-
accommodation changes;
-
acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers;
-
changes to government travel requirements;
-
refusal of an ESTA, visa or admission into the United States;
-
loss or theft during travel; or
-
any additional costs incurred by the winner or guest beyond the Prize inclusions.
TRAVEL RISKS, HEALTH AND INSURANCE
The winner and their guest are responsible for assessing their fitness and ability to travel and participate safely in the Prize experience.
The winner and guest acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks, including accidents, illness, personal injury, theft, loss of property, delays and unexpected medical expenses.
The winner and their nominated guest must each purchase and maintain, at their own expense, comprehensive international travel insurance covering the entire trip, including overseas medical and hospital expenses, emergency medical evacuation or repatriation, personal liability, cancellation and travel disruption, subject to policy terms and exclusions. Travel insurance is mandatory and is not provided or paid for by INDUSTRIE.
The cost of travel insurance is not included in the Prize and is the responsibility of the winner and guest.
Before flights and accommodation are booked, the winner and guest must each provide the Promoter with evidence of their own current travel insurance policy covering the proposed dates and destination, including insurer name, policy number, period of cover and relevant coverage summary. INDUSTRIE may reasonably verify that evidence but does not warrant or guarantee adequacy of any insurance policy.
If the winner fails to obtain or provide evidence of the required travel insurance within a reasonable deadline advised by the Promoter, the Promoter may treat the Prize as unclaimed or forfeited and undertake any redraw only in accordance with applicable law and permit conditions. If the nominated guest fails to meet the requirement, the Promoter may allow an eligible replacement guest before bookings are made. No cash or alternate prize is payable except where required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for accidents, illness, injury, medical expenses, loss or damage arising from the independent acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers or from circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from the Promoter’s own conduct where applicable.

The winner and guest must comply with those terms.
The Promoter does not control the independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Meta from liability in connection with the Competition.
The Promoter is not responsible for:
-
account restrictions;
-
account privacy settings;
-
platform outages;
-
deleted posts;
-
unavailable Stories;
-
technical failures; or
-
other platform issues that prevent an entry from being verified.
TECHNICAL FAILURES AND ENTRY SUBMISSION ERRORS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any technical failures, system errors, website or platform outages, internet or network disruptions, software malfunctions, incorrect or incomplete entry submissions, or any errors, omissions or failures by entrants or third parties that result in an entry being lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, not received or deemed invalid. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their entry is accurately completed and successfully submitted within the Competition Period. The Promoter is not obligated to accept, correct or reinstate affected entries, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
